1. Who we are
VeloceWhips ("we", "us", "our") supplies professional culinary nitrous oxide (N2O) chargers and related equipment across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Contact: hello@velocewhips.co.uk.
2. Eligibility — 18+ only
You must be 18 or over to place an order. By purchasing you confirm you are 18+ and buying our products for lawful culinary purposes only. Our couriers may verify ID on delivery and refuse handover if ID cannot be produced.
3. Intended use
All products are sold for legitimate culinary use (whipping cream, foams, espumas). Sale, supply or use of N2O for inhalation is illegal in the UK under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 and the Misuse of Drugs Act (as amended 2023). We refuse and report suspected misuse.
4. Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A minimum order value of £60 applies for same-day Birmingham delivery.
5. Delivery
Same-day delivery is offered across Birmingham (B1–B98) for orders placed before our daily cut-off. West Midlands and 1-hour-radius delivery is available on scheduled slots. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Unopened, undamaged product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cylinders or dispensers. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Liability
We are not liable for misuse of our products or for any loss arising from use outside the intended culinary purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
